School extension floor, Urmston.

A 40 square metre floor package across the two new rooms of a school extension in Urmston, Manchester. The team laid a 1000 gauge visqueen damp proof membrane across the sub-base, then a 50mm Retanol fast-drying screed, barrowed in, spread and hand trowelled dead flat, ready for its floor finish.
