Retanol balcony laid to falls, Pott Shrigley.

A new build out in the fields at Pott Shrigley, Cheshire, with a long external balcony running the length of the glazing. The team laid around 90 m² of Retanol fast-drying screed across the balcony, set to falls so rainwater runs off to the drainage channel and away from the house. External screed has to shed water for the life of the building, so the falls were set out and trowelled in carefully along the whole run.
