Retanol screed in a glass summer room, Bromley Cross.

A new glass summer room extension on a house in Bromley Cross, Bolton. The team prepped the floor with a visqueen membrane laid across the slab and lapped up the perimeter, then poured a 40mm Retanol fast-drying screed, spread and hand trowelled dead flat under the glass roof, ready for its floor finish once dried. A small floor, but one the homeowner will look at every day, so the finish had to be right.
