No. Fitting out on a screed somebody else laid is fine, we will just check it first: levels, moisture and how sound the surface is. If it needs preparing we will tell you what that costs before we start rather than after the covering is down.
Flatter than most people expect. LVT is thin and it telegraphs everything under it, so ridges, trowel marks and dips show through as soon as the light is low across the floor. That is why the screed and the covering are worth having done by the same team.
Yes, and it is routine. The heating has to be commissioned and brought back down before the covering goes on, and the product has to be rated for it. Tile is the best performer, LVT and engineered wood are both fine within their limits.

Most coverings are usable the same day or the next. Tile needs the adhesive and the grout to go off first, so that is normally a day before foot traffic and a bit longer before heavy furniture goes back.
