Featured Project 03 . Floor Screeding + UFH . Residential New Build

New build floor package, Hale.

Roughly 1,400 square metres of floor across a large new build house in Hale, Cheshire, with underfloor heating throughout. Every heated zone in the house was poured at an average 80mm of fibre reinforced screed over the pipework. The first floor is complete, with the finished marble staircase under protective covering while the rest of the house is finished around it. The balconies are going down in Retanol fast-drying screed to falls, running from 120mm down to 80mm so water sheds the right way, with the remaining balconies screeded once the scaffold comes down, and the garage got its own 90mm Retanol floor.
